- The registered user has upgraded to a higher plan and has not used any search credits

- The registered user has engaged Nationwide Claims Service to recover their funds using the full service model

b. Any unused search credits will not be entitled to a refund

2. REQUIREMENTS TO USE THE WEBSITE

    In order to use this website, you must:

a. be 18 years or over;

b. set up an account with FindUnclaimedMoney.com.au;

c. complete and submit the online application form; and

d. pay the prescribed fee

e. agree that you will not use this website to create a competitive website, training course or any other purpose except for recovering money for yourself, your family or clients. If you are an unclaimed money agent, you must contact us first.

3. YOUR INDEMNITY

You indemnify FindUnclaimedMoney.com.au against all actual or threatened loss, damage, actions, claims and / or demands (including the cost of defending or settling any actions, claims and demands) which may be incurred or suffered by or instituted against FindUnclaimedMoney.com.au arising out of:

a. a breach of this Agreement (including a breach of any representation or warranty contained in this Agreement) by you;

b. any wilful, unlawful or negligent act or omission by you;

c. your use of the Service.

4. FindUnclaimedMoney.com.au LIABILITY TO YOU

 To the full extent permitted by law, all guarantees and implied and express warranties in respect of any goods or services provided by FindUnclaimedMoney.com.au are hereby excluded.
